Paper vs Real Trading

Paper Trading (Everyone)

• Every contract submitted is tracked
• Starting market cap recorded
• Peak MC measured over 24 hours
• Performance calculated: (Peak - Start) / Start
• Trust awarded/deducted based on % gain
• No actual capital deployed

Real Trading (High Trust Only)

• Jonah actually buys your suggestions
• Only happens in Stage 2+ (Day 8+)
• Requires high trust + good DD score
• Position size: 0.1 to 0.5 SOL based on trust
• TP/SL automation active
• Affects Jonah's survival

Trade Execution Flow

1. Contract Submission - Player sends Solana contract address to Jonah
2. Due Diligence Analysis - Parallel API calls check liquidity, holders, contract safety → DD score 0-10
3. Jonah's Response - LLM generates analysis, asks for TP/SL targets
4. Player Sets Targets - "TP: +50%, SL: -15%"
5. Betting Window Opens - Community bets on whether it will hit +20%
6. Decision Logic - Jonah evaluates:
   • Advisor's trust level (150+ strongly preferred)
   • DD score (8+ preferred)
   • Community consensus (80%+ YES = bullish)
   • Pattern matching from past trades
7. Execution (if buying):
   • PumpPortal API executes buy
   • Position size based on trust
   • 5-minute monitoring loop begins

Position Sizing

Trust Level	Position Size
0-50	0.1 SOL
51-100	0.2 SOL
101-150	0.3 SOL
151-200	0.4 SOL
201+	0.5 SOL (max)

Safety Rule: Jonah never deploys capital that would drop liquid balance below 0.3 SOL.

TP/SL Automation

Every 5 minutes, n8n workflow checks all open positions:

FOR each position:
  current_mc = get_market_cap(contract)
  pnl_percent = (current_mc - entry_mc) / entry_mc

  IF pnl_percent >= take_profit_target:
    SELL 100%

  ELSE IF pnl_percent <= stop_loss_target:
    SELL 100%

TP/SL targets are set per trade based on player recommendations.

Performance Tracking

24-Hour Window

Every contract (bought or not) is tracked for 24 hours. Peak MC is compared to starting MC.

Trust Calculation

After 24 hours:

• +500% or more: +5 trust
• +200% to +499%: +4 trust
• +100% to +199%: +3 trust
• +50% to +99%: +2 trust
• +20% to +49%: +1 trust
• 0% to +19%: -1 trust
• -1% to -19%: -2 trust
• -20% or worse: -3 trust

Betting Resolution

At 24 hours, betting outcomes are resolved. Winners split losers' trust proportionally.

Technical Implementation

• PumpPortal API - Executes trades on pump.fun (0.5% fee)
• SolanaTracker API - Tracks market cap changes
• n8n Workflows - All automation (chat, analysis, execution, monitoring)
• Supabase Database - Stores contracts, positions, trust scores, history
